Where Do I Start?

People of all ages, genders, races, and ethnicities may experience behavioral health conditions. Behavioral health is part of your whole health. Help is available.

It may be helpful to take some screeners for mental health so you can let your behavioral health provider know some of the struggles you are currently facing:

How long will I be in therapy?

This is between you and your behavioral health provider. Some therapies are designed to be short-term, typically between 8 to 16 sessions. Others are designed to be more long-term therapies, more than 16 sessions. It is important to discuss your expectations with your provider at the first session and to continue to discuss your expectations throughout treatment.
